XL / Office taskpane won't go away
 

hi, sorry to say never asked for popups in xl, this preset won't go away:

Office Task Pane / reference to Edit Menu Office Clipboard

- when comes up, see option on bottom that keeps re-asserting itself:
To display this task pane again, click office clipboard on the edit menu or
press ctrl-c twice.

- checked item: show office clip bd automatically; keeps re-checking itself

Is there a registry entry, uninstall or documentation I can refer to? thanks
options, edit: show Paste or Insert Options buttons not selected.
office assistant is off.
