when the pane comes up, helps says click on "turn-off", keeps coming back.
is this part of .net upgrade or other update.. got work to do, don't need
panes or little doggies in my face...

Hi Nastech,

Click on help and show Office Assistant, then click on options
and uncheck 'Use office assistant'
