Making chart with hidden Data
 

I have a subtotal row that I want hidden in a main spreadsheet, but want to
use the data from it to create a chart. Whenever I hide it, the chart values
disappear as well. Anyway to change that?

Select the chart, and choose ToolsOptions
On the Chart tab, remove the check mark from 'Plot visible cells only'
Click OK
