Almost there. How do I format the text in the In-Cell Dropdown? I want to
give each choice a colored background or text at least. Thots?

Not sure about the first part. If you are using data validation, I would go
to the same cell and use Conditional Format under the Format Menu and add a
different format for each Validation List Option.

This is assuming you did not write this with VB and just used MS Excel
features...
