Scrol bar = dropdown?

1 Some place in the sheet make a list of allowed values, text or numbers
2 Activate the cell where to insert the dropdown
3 Data/Validation =Alllow: List = source = area above

There's a scrollbar on the Forms toolbar and a different scrollbar on the
Control Toolbox Toolbar.

show the toolbar with the scrollbar you want
click on the scrollbar
and click on the worksheet where it should be added.

You can resize later.
