sorting by first column then by second column
when I use data sort for two columns (Last Name, First Name) why is the
second column not alphabetically correct? John before Betty with both having a last name of Andrews? |

BAENOW, when I sorted, it worked correctly. You might check to see if you
have any leading spaces in the names using the Len function. If you do, you can get rid of them with the Trim function. -- Sincerely, Michael Colvin "BAENOW" wrote: when I use data sort for two columns (Last Name, First Name) why is the second column not alphabetically correct?
