visual design question - fixed column with
 

I try to import a picture in excel over a few columns. I check the with
of the columns ad them and place the picture.
But every time you open the image on another computer the column with
changes and my image is distorted.

Is there any way to set a fixed column with and hight for the cells. It
would help with designing.
