Delayed reactions
 

Arrow key won't move more than one cell at a time (no, it's not the scroll
key), backspace key must be tapped multiple times to get a reaction. Letter
keys must be tapped multiple times before displaying. How can I get out of
this mess? I think it is happening with entire MS and not just Excel. Thanks
for your help.

Check the repeat rate in Start Settings Control Panel keyboard Speed
