Default compare columns of different worksheets

How can I compare the columns of 2 different worksheets at the same time.
For example, I want to compare the numbers in a column on one worksheet to
the numbers in another worksheet.

You can download compare here

http://www.cpearson.com/excel/download.htm

or you can use a formula to tag the values like

=COUNTIF(Sheet2!$A$2:$A$1000,A2)0

will return TRUE for each value present in the other sheet
