Default Create Excel Template- Weekly Appt. Schedule by 15-min increments

You should create an Excel Template that is a Weekly Appointment Schedule
with the Times on the side in 15 minute increments for each hour. We should
also be able to download it and be able to make changes easily to the
template, such as adding more hours, etc. It would be really easy for those
that rely on a hourly schedule each day, such as doctors' offices,
hairdressers, and etc.

If someone already knows of one that exist please let me know~ if not I will
resolve myself to sitting down and creating one that will take FOREVER!!!
