How to find & replace a formula sequence with * in it?

How do you do a find and replace for a string of a sumproduct formula that
contains one or more *'s?

If you're looking to find or replace an asterisk, use ~* (tilde asterisk) in the
find what box.

An asterisk and questionmark represent wildcards. Use a ~ to tell excel that
you really mean that specific character--not a wildcard. Use ~~ to look for a
single ~.
