Data export from Crystal to Excel
When exporting a data file from Crystal Reports to Excel, any
functions/formats such as wrap text, subtotals with levels wil not work on the spreadsheet. The only way I'm able to have full functions is to copy the data to a new worksheet first. Any suggestions without having to copy and paste to new sheet? |

If this is something that you're doind frequently you might want to look at a
program named Monarch. The program is designed to parse data out of report data that's been set to a print file. I don't believe you'll be able to export any functionality out of Crystal to Excel, but it sounds like you're records are getting parsed correctly. -- Kevin Backmann "Lantaga" wrote: When exporting a data file from Crystal Reports to Excel, any functions/formats such as wrap text, subtotals with levels wil not work on the spreadsheet.
