Custom colors for cell shading in Excel
 

Is there a way to setup custom colors for cell shading in Excel? I know you
can choose from a list of colors, but I need to have a specific color for a
work-related project. In other MS apps, you can do this, but I cannot find
this same feature in Excel.

tools/options/color/pick a color to change, click Modify - note the 2 tabs
