Tab between cells
I want to tab between certain cells in a worksheet and not allow someone to
tab over to any cell they choose...I'm making a form for someone to fill out. How do I lock the cells so they can only tab over to the cells I want them to fill out? |

Tab between cells
By default all cells are protected when the worksheet protection is enabled.
Select the cells to tab to and FormatCellsProtectionUnlock. Now ToolsProtectionProtect Sheet. At this point if you have xl2002 or newer you can uncheck the option to "select locked cells" if you choose. Won't change the tab order, but will keep users from getting any message if they use the mouse to click on a cell and try to enter data. Start tabbing.
