Can a drop down list include multiple cells?
 
I am trying to create a drop down list that would include Names and addresses
that I have set up in three diiferent cells. Cann I link these cells as drop
down list? Or is there a way to select a name from one list and then the
rest of the information gets filled into the different cells? I'm sure this
is not making sense. I want it to look like an address book. ei: Terry
Sherbert
100 Easy St.
Nowhere, USA 12345
Phone: 555-555-5555

When I select Terry Sherbert from the drop down list is there a way for the
rest of the information be entered into the cells below in this fashion?

Can a drop down list include multiple cells?
 
What you could use for this is the Vlookup() function which can use the
choice in the drop down list to find and return the information you need..

dropdown. When a customer is selected, the address is filled in:
