template for tenant invoices
 

is there a template for a tenant invoice (monthly) for rented office ? I need
to bill 3 tenants on a monthly basis, and find it tedious to change figures
for dates etc each month.
At present I am using en excel workbook for each tentant, with a separeate
worksheet, cpied, pasted and adjusted per month. There must be a better way!!
