Workbook Unexpectedly Closes Immediately

I am experiencing the same problem described in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/328196, except with Excel 2003. This was
upgraded from version 2002. Is there a fix? Should a complete uninstall and
reinstall of Office 2003 do it?
