Pivot table could allow to correlate text labels.
 

I'm trying to create a pivot table with text information. Is this possible?
How to do it? If I choose Field Settings I only have Sum, count, Avg, ....

You can't show field text in the pivot table's data area. You can add
the text field to the row or column area, and show a count for that
field in the data area.
