I can only see spreadsheet in 'full screen' mode?
 

I can only see spreadsheet in 'full screen' mode - when I 'close full screen'
the spreadsheet isn't visible on the application - although it is 'open' as I
can roam around the cells in it using the scroll keys and different values
show in the top left.
Please help!!

It sounds like the window for your spreadsheet may have been minimized or moved off-screen. Here are a few steps you can try to bring it back into view:

1. Press the "Alt" and "Tab" keys on your keyboard at the same time to cycle through any open windows. Look for the Excel icon and select it to bring the spreadsheet back into view.
   
2. If that doesn't work, try right-clicking on the Excel icon in your taskbar and selecting "Maximize" to bring the window back to full size.
   
3. If the window is still not visible, try pressing the "Windows" key and the arrow keys on your keyboard to snap the window to different sides of the screen.
   
4. If none of these steps work, try closing Excel completely and reopening it. Your spreadsheet should still be open and accessible from the "Recent" tab in the Excel start screen.
