How do I repeat the 1st column on the following pages in Excel?
When I print my Excel spreadsheet I would like to show the first column of
data on all the following printed pages. I can see how to freeze the first column so when looking at it online I can always see the first column - is there a way to print it this way? |

How do I repeat the 1st column on the following pages in Excel
Thanks, Trevor, I did this earlier but I guess I don't know what value is
expected. I tried "A" (for column A) and also the title of my column but got the error that the it was not a valid reference or defined name. Is there something else I need to set up first? $A:$A
The easiest way is to click inside the box and then select the column ... it will fill it in for you. Regards "Penny Reynolds" wrote in message ... Penny
Try A:A or just point to the column using the collapse button at right side of the dialog box. I call it the collapse button because no one ever told me the real name for it.
