Excel document locked for editing?
 

I am sending a password protected document to an offsite coworker that has
some of the cells locked down as well. When she tries to open it, she gets a
"locked for editing" error message. She can get passed it, but then cannot
save changes. She is the only one receiving this error and is not on a shared
drive. Any ideas what may be causing this on her end?
