How do I reorder multiple criteria sub-totals?
I've got an issue with sub-totalling on multiple criteria in Excel. When you
look at following screen print, you will see that there are sub-totals on the New G/L and New CC# (first sub-total was New CC#, then New G/L) On the 3rd line, you see a sub-total for 600202 that belongs above the sub-total for 1010340, on the 8th line a sub-total for 600207 that belongs above the sub-total for 3010550 and on the 13th line a sub-total for 600207 that belongs above the sub-total for 3010555. Val.in rep.cur. New G/L New CC# 8,758 1010340 Total 8,758 600202 Total 46,043 600200 Total 2,055 600202 Total 34,216 600205 Total 104,444 3010550 Total 22,129 600207 Total 55,692 600200 Total 2,578 600202 Total 34,304 600205 Total 118,446 3010555 Total 25,873 600207 Total 231,647 Grand Total This was never an issue with '97, but since I installed '03 a couple of weeks ago, it has been an issue. Sick of cutting and pasting.....hoping someone can help me solve this ASAP. |

Maybe...
Multilevel subtotals are in the wrong position in Excel 2002 and in Excel 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;831824 mad69usa wrote: I've got an issue with sub-totalling on multiple criteria in Excel.
