Converting worksheet into a different page size
I have some workbooks that contain multiple worksheets. Is it possible
to collectively change the size of the page that they will print out on once i select, File -- Print -- Entire Workbook -- OK. Normally what happens is that I have to do page setup of each individual worksheet before I can get the entire work book to print on the desired page size. If anyone out there can help make this process simpler (eg a single click) then please let me know. Thanks. |
Converting worksheet into a different page size
You can group the worksheets in the workbook and then set the page size for
all the selected worksheets. You can click on the first sheet tab and then Shift + Click on the last worksheet tab to select a contiguous group of worksheets, or you can Ctrl + Click on each worksheet tab that you want to print to select a non-contiguous group of worksheets -- Kevin Backmann "epicman" wrote: I have some workbooks that contain multiple worksheets.
