stuck up with a formula
Mr.Biff, please refer my post 'rank based array function'.Please refer my
last reply. I am stuck up with that formula.I applied your formula in one of my project ,which is a big list (A2:M2600) from which I tried to get top 10 gainers.I am getting right answer if I am using all the ranges reference as C2:C600 or D2:D600,more than this range it is not working.Prcise ly the formula is not working on a list with more than 600 rows data.I also used in that formula 2600^2600.Is this creating problem.Thank you and please suggest me the way I could solve this problem |
stuck up with a formula
I tried both Bob and Biff's formulae with 2600 rows of data: both worked and
produced identical results. Change 2600^2600 to 10^10 as the choice of 10 has nothing to do with the number of rows. When is used 2600^2600 I had a #NUM! error.
