We have a problem when sharing our worksheets. If you work on one PC and
save you recieve no errors and saves fine, but when we share the worksheet
and two people are working on the worksheet at the same time and one updates
some info and the other saves, then we get a corruption error and it tries to
do a recovery. Does anyone know why this is happening. The file has been
converted to the new format from office 2003 and now we cant convert it back
either.

Two people should not be able to work on the same file at the same time.
