Create a total field for a pivot table/pivotchart
is there a way to mimic or create a grand total (using calculated items or
vba) of the row fields selected... similar ot the grand total so, that the data can be displayed on a graph accurately? RowField DataField A 1 B 2 C(not selected) 1 D(notselected) 2 E 1 ------------------------------ Grand total 4 I want the 4 to appear on the graph but, by using grand total that is not possible. Hoping there is a way to create my own grand total. I figured out how to get a grand total of all items A - E (that's easy) but I only want grand total of items selected. Thanks, Dave |
