List in order of greatest to least
I need to be able to extract from a table of data and list on a seperate page
the top 10 Agents. I need the list to show name and how many times. I need this based on the top 10 agents. |

Thanks for the advice but I need the data to appear on a seperate sheet and
in order from the greatest to the least, autoffilter does not sort the information in that order. Try Advanced Filter.

Not sure what data determines the top 10 but look at the LARGE function to
see whether that will meet your need. Use COUNTIF on the criteria of your agents. Are you looking for the agents
who are listed the most? You'll need to run a COUNTIF on all the names of the agents. Delineate your source list to a new worksheet that lists each agent once. Run a COUNTIF for each cell (agent), then sort by the column that holds the numbers for each agent...in descending order.
