calculating
I have a workbook for each month. Each worksheet gives information for each
day in the month. I have a list of parts and have a calculation on each sheet which is totalled on a final sheet in the workbook. When the machine parts get to a certain amount a message pops up beside that part saying the part needs to be serviced. The problem I have is that after that message pops up I need to be able to clear the total and start again from the next day on the sheet. |

Sounds like someone has a formula entered for you. Have them include into
the formula a condition that will reset the cell or zero-out the cell after that magic number is reached and the message appears. "enyaw" wrote: I have a workbook for each month.
