Repeat bottom Border

I have a spreadsheet with a border around it and a few border lines inside.
I do not want to print gridlines. Now, when it goes to two pages, the first
page has no bottom border and the second page does. How can I keep the
border at the bottom when it goes to more than one page?

Create a row that is blank but has a double border. On page setup, ask it to
repeat the row on each page.

Could you explain how to get this row to repeat at the bottom of the page,

I can't get it to repeat a row at the bottom.
