I am trying to set up a formula that will tell me what percentage of a number
and second number is.

Example

Cell H1 Cell H2
$45.00 $364.17

I need the formula to tell me $45 dollars is ___% of $364.17

Wherever you need the result, just type in
=H1/H2
then in the main menu Format Cells Percentage ...
