i have a log that i need zeros to display in some cells as soon as i start to
enter data in the first cell, is this possible without me having to enter
them as i go?

Can you explain further with some sample data perhaps?

I ENTER NAME OF CLIENT AND THEN NEED TO ENTER THE NUMBER OF ITEMS THEY HAVE
WITH THEM, MOST OF THE CELLS ARE ZERO SOME WILL HAVE 1, 2 ETC, THERE ARE ALOT
OF CELLS WITH ZEROS.
