graphs in Excel
i have two graphs in Excel, i want to export them to power point , the way
that the first slide will include one graph and its datum, and in a click of a button , the datum of the second graph will slide and appear on the same graph (the first one) instead of making two slides with two graphs, in another words my problem is to use only the data curve of the second graph as an object that i can paste or to animate so it would appear on the first graph and his data curve. thank you Michael from Israel |
graphs in Excel
I have done this several times the hard way, ie. when creating the second graph I have stripped it of everything - axis, frame, color of the background, etc., everything is set to 'None'. Only the data curve remains, when the graph is pasted over into the Power Point where you can use the animation tool to make it appear at the push of a botton. Not an elegant solution and it takes quite some time to adjust sizes and proportions, but it is possible.
