Can't open an excel file
 
I have tried
a)using SHIFT key while opening excel
b)setting security to low
c)tools-options-general don't use other applications
d) run - excel.exe \regserver

Any ideas how I can open this file?

BTW, the file size is 97kb. I closed all the applications before trying
to open this excel file.

I could see the contents of the file by Window-Unhide. I missed the
obvious one which is not found by searching this NG.
