How do I insert a watermark over many already occupied cells?
 

I would like to insert a watermark over an 8 by 8 group of cells that are
already occupied by numbers and letters. Excel Help says there is no way
except for using headers and footers but I would like to insert this in the
main body of my work.

How do I insert a watermark over many already occupied cells?
