I am trying to import dates and military time contained in individual cells
into a word document using mail merge. The files are merged from an excel spreadsheet and appear correctly on the spreadsheet. ie; column 1 : 08-12-2006 column #2: 2000 column #3 : 2130 hrs. When I merge the documents I get column #1 08-12-2006 12:00:00 AM ( 12:00:00 AM appears every time ) and arbitrary numbers or dates for column #2 and #3. Is there an explanation and a fix? |

![]() You might benefit from add formatting codes to the field in your Word file. For further notes and examples, see: http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/as...164951033.aspx Also refer to Word help.
