Default Highlighting cells between two workbooks.

Good day,

I have to different excel files where I make updates in one file and then
report them into another file. What I would like to do is to highlight cells
in my update sheet so that it automatically also get updated in my reporting
files. I think it should be done via some formula in Conditional formatting,
but I cant figure out how.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thnks
