Is it possible to get excel to display pivot table Grand Totals at the top of
the table, rather than the bottom? I've tried moving them manually, but receive an error message informing me that I'm not allowed to change part of a pivot table. Anyone know of a way to do this? |

I don't know whether or not the Pivot table header info can be moved.
However, the Pivot table can be treated like any other worksheet. so you could produce a total at the bottom. Anyway you don't always want to see the Pivot table header info so those rows can be hidden. Regards. Bill Ridgeway Computer Solutions "hbear" wrote in message ...
