This is in cell
A3...=IF(DATEDIF(B16,TODAY(),"Y")11,20,INT(VLOOKU P(DATEDIF(B16,TODAY(),"Y"),K:L,2,0))&"
days "&8*MOD(VLOOKUP(DATEDIF(B16,TODAY(),"Y"),K:L,2,0), 1)& " hours")
This formula fixed one problem but now caused another one. Cell A8 has the
formula =A3+B3+F4+F5+F6. With the new formula it cannot read Cell A3. Any
suggestions?

I don't see where A8 is used in any formula.

What does "cannot read cell A3" mean?

If it means that you type a number in that cell and A8 doesn't add it correctly,
you may have text masquerading as numbers.

Try formatting A3 as General and then reenter that number in A3 (do both
things!).

The text strings of " days" and " hours" in the formula makes the content of
A3 text format. Therefore you can't add it with other cells. Just need to
change formula so A3 shows same type of numbers as other cells to add.

Please ignore this post.

I didn't see that that formula was located in A3.

Maybe you can use B16 in the sum formula?
