I have two large excell docs with almost the same info on, i need to see what
changes have been made between the two docs, is this possible ?

Yes - create a third large excel doc and in cell A1 put

=if(nameoffirstdoc!A1=nameofseconddoc!A1,"","X")

and copy across spreadsheet.

changes will be marked x

there are numerous "Compare" add-ins out there for this. Check your copy for
it: Tools Addins...
