Default Conditional formatting

I've got a column set to change color if it exceeds todays date (late),
but I need another one that cancels that if the next column (finished
date) is done on time. Right now even if the job is done on time when
the due date equals todays date it turns red.

your second conditional formatting formula should reinstate the original
colour, or you could make your original formula cater for it - give us
your formula to look at please
