Default Schedule


I need a good schedule making program or way.
I have a team that do 4 on 2 off with the 4 on some are 9 to 4 n some
are 12 till 8
I need something that takes names n schedules according to my criteria
of times n days required n gives total at end.
Any help or program that come close to this?

it is not clear what you require - do you need a formula or solution
that makes a schedule for a specific number of people, if so what about
holidays and sickness?
