Rows and Columns Backwards

When I open excel, the rows are on the right side of excel instead of the
left. Also, the columns (Column A) starts on the right and goes to the left.
This only happens with a new workbook or sheet.

Hello. Try

and remove the check on "View current sheet right-to-left.

If happens to all new books and sheets I would look for a BOOK.XLT and/or a
SHEET.XLT template(s) in your XLSTART folder.

Make the necessary change in the Template(s) and save.
