How do you copy and past data from one spreadsheet to another?

How can I copy data from one spreadsheet to another while keeping the
formats, column widths and row heights in tact? When I do a copy and paste,
the data doesn't look the same when it's pasted.

Right click the tab of the worksheet you want to copy...highlight move or
copy sheet, a dialog box will open, click the copy box and there will be a
drop down for a new work book or any others that are open, choose the one you
want and the location you want the sheet to go to.

That should do it!

Have a good day.
