Formating question
 
Is it possible to set a condition that will change the color of a value if it
drops below a certain number. I am trying to to set up cells in an invnetory
spreadsheet that will change to red when the inventory drops below certain
reading.

Use Conditional Formatting.

Format-Conditional Formatting...
Cell Value Is
less than
Enter the less than value

Then set the desired Format options.

Format | Conditinal format | slelct less than and format as you need
