How do I keep a running average of a row in exce;
 

I am trying to keep a running average of daily calories used in a specific
period. For Instance taking the avg. of 5 days and be able to to automaticly
upate the running average on day6,7,8,9, etc

How do I keep a running average of a row in exce;
 

it seems simple, you can use =AVERAGE function to do this. see excel
help for this function if you want detail.
