Print issues

I have an inconsistent print issue. Sometimes when I go to print it will
print only blank pages. I have found that when I go to print preview, it is
shows up in black and not color then there will be this problem. If it shows
up in color then all will be fine. When I go to the print dialog box it says
that it is set for glossy photo paper and high resolution. When I try to
change this paper to plain again and save it... basically it won't take and
reverts back to the glossy photo paper. If I close excel and reopen
sometimes this fixes itself... other times not.

What am I not doing right to fix this for good? Any help would be
appreciated... Thanks

Check out if you have the correct printer selected. Setting change from
printer to printer. If you dont get a preview of the page in colour, it is
quite possible that the printer chosen is not a colour printer.
