Print issues
I have an inconsistent print issue. Sometimes when I go to print it will
print only blank pages. I have found that when I go to print preview, it is shows up in black and not color then there will be this problem. If it shows up in color then all will be fine. When I go to the print dialog box it says that it is set for glossy photo paper and high resolution. When I try to change this paper to plain again and save it... basically it won't take and reverts back to the glossy photo paper. If I close excel and reopen sometimes this fixes itself... other times not. What am I not doing right to fix this for good? Any help would be appreciated... Thanks |

Check out if you have the correct printer selected. Setting change from
printer to printer. If you dont get a preview of the page in colour, it is quite possible that the printer chosen is not a colour printer. Manoj "bkworks" wrote: I have an inconsistent print issue.
