Is it possible to have text convert to a graphical indicator? Ex. "Yellow"
would become a yellow dot, "Red" would become a red dot.

You may want to try using "Conditional Formatting" to change the color of the
cell (font color or fill color) based on the value contained in a certain
cell.

I am not aware of any way to load an icon into a cell based on the contents
of another cell without doing programming.
