Workbook Misbehaving
 

I have a workbook that has many sheets in it. All the sheets have formulas
for +,-,/,* and so forth. For some reason my formulas are no longer working
in the entire work book... even though they show up correctly in the cell. I
have looked for a setting that would have turned off the work book
calculating... but have not been able to find anything.

Could you point me in the right direction? Why would a whole workbook not
perform the calculations in the cells?

If by "no longer working" you mean that they aren't recalculating when values
change in the workbook, you probably have Calculation set to Manual.

Try this:

From the Excel main menu:
<tools<options<calculation tab
Check: automatic
