Hi, is there such a thing? I want to put some property info in and analyse
the figures. Thanks. Jazz. I am using Excel 2000.

I'm not aware of any property analysis templates, however, when I purchased
and sold homes, I often used the regression analysis functions in Excel
(e.g., trend) to normalize the values of a group of houses to assist in
determining whether they were under or over valued.
