Typed number is always divided by 100 after pressing enter

Hello,
I can't figure this apparently simple problem out! I have never seen this
before.

When I type a number, say 100, it divide it by 100 and shows a "1". When I
type 363636, it enters "3635.36". I set the format to number "000.00", and I
still get this problem. What gives?

Thanks for your help.
